The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority has come up with an innovative way to combat tourism challenges amidst COVID-19 crisis. The centre is well catering to the tourists in the UAE by visiting their sites at 'Dubai 360.com'. It is an online platform that rolls out panoramic video and photographs of several attractions around the city.

In the wake of COVID-19 epidemic, closure of Dubai museums and cultural heritage sites came into light. This step was initiated keeping in mind public health and safety. To save the spread of the disease, the online platform came into the picture to keep the tourists close to their favourite attractions.

The visitors can access UAE attractions like museums through the website by viewing pictures, videos and panoramic style of videography and photography. Other museums and cultural sites including the Etihad Museum, showcases the story of the establishment of the UAE in the early 1970s and the stories of the Founding Fathers. It even gives an insight of Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, a restored district at the heart of historic Dubai and the famous Dubai Creek.

The visitors can also visit the online museum of the famous Saudi poet, Al Oqaili, who immigrated to Dubai. It also gives a sneak peek of the home of the former home of Sheikh Rashid, Founder of Dubai, in Majlis Ghorfat Umm Al Sheif.

Curious visitors can also take a complete online tour of Al Fahidi District which is the oldest fort restored to preserve the culture and heritage of old Dubai.
